PLL Town Hall Meeting

Pleasanton little leagues merging into one

Town hall for current, future members set for Sept. 24

As most of you already know, we have merged our two local leagues together, both Pleasanton Little League (PLL) and Pleasanton Foothill Little League (PFLL) will now be under one banner, the PLL. In our recent announcement on the Pleasanton Weekly, we emphasize the positive impact this merger will have, here’s an excerpt:

"The new organization should have over 800 children playing either T-ball or baseball this upcoming spring season," said Peter Easton, the newly elected Pleasanton Little League president. "The biggest winners in this merger are the players and their families. There will now be more teams in each age group and a better opportunity for all kids to play with and against their friends."

Like leagues throughout the country, organizations in Pleasanton have been striving to keep boys and girls interested in Little League baseball rather than other sports or travel baseball leagues.

If you have not read the Pleasanton Weekly article yet, you can find it here.

We’re also inviting all current and future PLL families to participate in our upcoming Town Hall meeting scheduled for the 24th of September; more information below!
